What is PBS?

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-centred approach that works out why a behaviour is happening and builds supports, skills and environments that improve quality of life.

Who can access it?

NDIS participants who have behaviour support in their plan, and others who need support to understand behaviours of concern. Contact us to check your situation.

How do I refer?

Use the Refer here button to complete our online referral form, or call us on the number on the Contact page.

Do you work with plan managers?

Contact us to confirm the funding arrangements available for your support, including how your NDIS plan is managed.

Where do you work?

We are mobile and work across Melbourne, Albury/Wodonga and East Gippsland, with telehealth available.

What is a restrictive practice?

A restrictive practice is any action that limits a person's rights or freedom of movement. These are regulated, and we work to reduce and fade them out.

What happens after a referral?

We will confirm we have received your referral, then contact you to arrange a time to get to know you.

How long does it take?

Timeframes depend on the person, the urgency and our availability. We will give you an estimate when we first speak.
